The process continues … After three and a half weeks it was time to hold the first official meeting of B.O.O.B. (Bloomington Organization Of Brewers). Since it was fun having Mike come over and work on the first batch, I figured a couple more might not be a bad idea. Especially since we would have more people drinking the beer and we could also try more kinds of beer that way. So with the help of Ryan, Mark, Mike and junior brewmeister Sam, we sat out to bottle the inaugural batch and start a second batch.
As the pictures show, we all had a great time and we’ve decided to make it a monthly event. Now all we have to do is wait a few more weeks!
