Switching hosts

I’m switching hosting providers for struthers.org, so things may disappear here or there until the old switcheroo happens in the next 24-48 hours. Not sure what’s going to happen to e-mail sent to my struthers.org account, so best to send a message to my gmail account (my full name at gmail.com) for the next couple of days until the change is finalized. More details on the change later!

Look ma, no tables!

Pardon the dust while I re-design a few things around here.

Blog jacking

blog jacking - (blg (jak ing) -
1.To seize control of blog and or website by use of force, especially in order provide fresh content for its readers.
2. To steal from a website or blog.
3. To take control of a web log or virtual diary by using your blogger.com access that was once given at a previous point in time, but never taken away.

You see? This is what happens when you neglect to post to your blog in quite some time.

Now I can blog too

I am so exited to be able to finally blog like Lynsey has been doing since before we first met. Lynsey has been working really hard getting this site set up, while I have been studying diligently to finish up my last English paper before the Aug. 16th deadline next week.

So, I hope you’ll check back periodically to see what has been updated.

Welcome to our new site!

Welcome to our new web site! Roger and I were engaged on July 2 and our first task (well, aside from setting a wedding date) was to buy our domain name (are we geeks or what?). At first, we planned to go with something fun and crazy like lynseyandroger.org, or rogerandlynsey.com, or lynsandrog.net …. but we came to our sense and realized struthers was a lot easier to spell. Rog and I will periodically update this site with news about what’s going on in our lives … and in the next few days, plan to have more details online in the “about us, “photos,” and “we’re getting married” sections. Til then …
